OUR CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

Planning Phase

Defining the goals for the project and evaluating the feasibility of the plan

Preconstruction Phase

Documents that will be submitted for building permit and conveyed to the contractor to define what exactly is being constructed.

Construction Phase

This is the executing phase of all the planning by the architect (s), engineers and consultants.

Close-Out Phase

Clients are provided all project information, a construction closeout document list and all closeout documents such as manuals, warranties and project financials
